Here you will find details of our forthcoming events as they become available. Select an event from the drop-down list above, then use the menu on the left to get information about that event. Each event may vary in detail. Package prices could be different and the number and times of rounds may change. You should check the information for each event.

You can enter your chosen event by selecting 'Entry Form' from the menu on the left. Try to fill in all the fields as accurately as possible. The 'Personal details' fields are compulsory and we cannot process your entry without them. If you require accommodation at the rates shown, you must pay online from this website. You will automatically be given the option to pay online as soon as your entry has been sent. You can use a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit card, and PayPal. Paying online will also entitle you to the online discount. The rooms at our venues are always very popular so you should send an entry and payment as early as possible.

The last field on the Entry form, 'Other information', is there for you to inform us of anything not covered in the rest of the form. For example, you may have a non-playing room mate sharing a twin room. Or you may want to share with another player to split costs. It is important that you do not leave your credit card information in this field.

The maps will allow you to zoom into street level and to get directions from your home to the hotel. The map will also give you distances from the hotel to other locations.
